Judge Jeanine Pirro Roasted by Haters for Her 'Cringe' Workout Video: Watch

Jeanine Pirro is facing intense online mockery after posting a "Rocky-style" workout video on social media.

As the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, the 75-year-old former Fox News personality filmed herself bench-pressing what she claimed was "10 reps of 45 lbs." on a Smith machine, captioning the post: "My morning workout preparing to fight crime in D.C." At the end of the video, set to music from Rocky IV, she turns to the camera and asks viewers, "Impressed?"

The internet, however, was anything but, ripping into the video for several reasons.

Fitness enthusiasts and critics immediately pointed out that the Smith machine's barbell was empty.

While a standard Olympic barbell weighs 45 pounds, most commercial Smith machine bars have an internal counter-balance system, reducing their starting resistance to just 15 to 25 pounds.

Commenters flooded her post, calling out the exaggeration: one asked, "You don't have any weights on there... Are you that weak?"

Others labeled the performance "embarrassing" and "cringe-worthy."

Pirro's video is part of a growing trend among Trump administration officials who have taken to filming and posting their intense gym routines.

She follows other high-profile figures like Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Pete Hegseth, Sean Duffy and Dr. Mehmet Oz (who similarly drew criticism for a cringey squat tutorial), who post much-mocked workout videos on various social media channels.

Pirro wore a white crop top with blue palm trees and matching cycling shorts for her clip, a look that left some followers feeling deeply uncomfortable.

“Sorry, Jeanine, not classy. Reserve some activities to yourself,” quipped another critic.

Even those on the right were offended, with one commenting, “Not strong enough to arrest deep state traitors though. Sorry Judge. We the people are frustrated.”

The roast extends beyond just the gym equipment. Both critics and frustrated MAGA supporters used the viral moment to drag her performance as the city's top prosecutor.

Pirro recently drew heavy fire for dropping felony destruction-of-property charges against a U.S. Olympian accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool after it was determined that the damage was caused by faulty contractor installation.

The decision reportedly infuriated President Donald Trump, who publicly bashed Pirro in the Oval Office, claiming she "choked" and "folded like an umbrella" under pressure from the judge.

Despite the public tiff with the White House, her position appears secure, though the video has reignited intense scrutiny of her profile and official record.
