Justin Bieber and the woman who has alleged he sexually assaulted her in 2014 will be settling their case privately.
In court documents obtained by Radar, the "Baby" singer, 27, and the woman who goes by the name Danielle, have come to a mutual agreement to use private mediation to settle the case.
In 2020, Danielle had alleged on social media that Bieber had sexually assaulted her at a Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, Texas on March 9, 2014. Following the accusation, the "Monster" vocalist sued his accuser.
Although Bieber did state that he was in Austin, Texas at that time — he explained that he was with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez when his accuser claimed the assault happened. The two broke up for good in 2018 before dating on and off since 2010.
The Justin Bieber: Never Say Never star — who is now married to Hailey Bieber — claims that he was at SXSW and spent the night with the "Who Says" songstress in a rental home near where the event was being held.

Danielle is the second woman to come forward accusing the pop sensation of sexual assault. A second accuser named Khadidja has claimed that Bieber assaulted her at the Langham Hotel in New York on May 5, 2015.
The Drew founder has also said that although he was at that location at that time — he claimed that he was at an afterparty until four in the morning. Bieber also believes that the accuser is a superfan who often lingers outside of where he is staying.
Bieber and his team of attorneys then filed suit against Khadidja labeling the allegations "outrageous, fabricated lies" per the outlet. Khadidja's lawyer fired back at the musician and his legal team stating that her claims are protected by the first and fourteenth amendments.
According to legal documents, Bieber — who has sought $10 million from each woman — has stated that he believes that his accusers are out to ruin his reputation after posting the allegations to social media platforms.
