Kanye West is the proud owner of some new real estate.
The 44-year-old reportedly just closed on a $4.5 million property in L.A.'s Hidden Hills that happens to be right across the street from estranged wife Kim Kardashian's abode.
The 3,651 square-foot home is located in the same neighborhood where the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum lives in the pair's formerly-shared mansion, which is now estimated to be worth $60 million, according to Daily Mail.
West's new lavish house — which features an outdoor swimming pool and a horse corral — reportedly consists of five bedrooms and three and a half baths, per the outlet. Ye is believed to have paid $421,000 over the listing price to be sure he would secure the property so close to Kardashian.
News of the rapper's new purchase comes just two weeks after the SKIMS founder filed to become legally single following the divorce papers she filed in February.
According to the recent court docs, the reality star cited "irreconcilable differences" as her reason for their divorce, claiming "no counseling or reconciliation effort," could fix the damage in her and West's marriage.

"I have been attempting to settle our dissolution with [Kanye] since I filed for divorce in February 2021," she wrote in the docs. "I have requested several times that [Kanye] agree to bifurcate and terminate our marital status. [He] has not responded to my request."
"[Kanye] and I both deserve the opportunity to build new lives. Therefore, I am asking that my request to bifurcate and terminate our marital status be granted," the 41-year-old concluded. Kardashian also requested that the judge restore her maiden name.
However, the Yeezy designer still isn't ready to call it quits with his estranged wife, as a source recently revealed he's "not giving up without a fight." OK! reported West has made numerous public pleas to reconcile with Kardashian, with him insisting the former flames' kids also want the once-power couple to be together again.
"Kim is the mother of his children and he's not going to just let that go," the source candidly pointed out. "No matter if they're husband and wife, they'll always support each other. Her recent filing, or any filing for that matter, doesn't mean he's going to stop fighting to win her back."
The "Famous" rapper — who shares children North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3 and Psalm, 2 with the TV personality — previously begged for Kardashian to "run right back to me" while performing "Runaway" at his Larry Hoover benefit earlier this month.
