Kanye West has dropped out of this year's Coachella performance.
The 44-year-old rapper was scheduled to headline the festival in Indio, Calif., but will no longer be performing at the two week event in April, a new report revealed.
According to TMZ, the Yeezy designer's reason for backing out of the performance is unclear at this time, although it likely has something to do with his ongoing rift with Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson, after a series of unhinged Instagram posts got West suspended from the platform.

We haven't heard anything but radio silence from Ye since the suspension, as he never showed up at the 64th Grammy Awards over the weekend either.

The "Eazy" rapper was noticeably missing from the prestigious award show on Sunday, April 3, after his scheduled performance was pulled from the event weeks prior as a result of his social media squabble with Trevor Noah.
As OK! reported, West previously slammed Noah — who hosted Sunday's ceremony — with a racist slur in one of his social media rants after the late-night host commented on the situation involving Kardashian and Davidson. West was consequently suspended from the app for breaking bullying and harassment policies, followed by the cancellation of his scheduled Grammy performance.
West's absence at the 2022 Coachella Festival leaves headliners Billie Eilish, Harry Styles and Swedish House Mafia left on the roster after Travis Scott — who was originally expected to perform at the event — was nixed from the lineup due to the controversy from his deadly Astroworld Festival in November 2021.
After a petition from fans to get Scott to take the Coachella stage didn't reach any success, West was reportedly plotting to bring the "OUT WEST" rapper up on stage during his own performance, which definitely won't be happening anymore.
We still haven't heard a peep from West since his Instagram suspension, and sources recently claimed he was going somewhere to work on himself before returning to the public eye, as OK! learned.
"For the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he's not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements," an insider revealed, adding that he was planning to "go away somewhere to get better."
"At this time, Ye is committed to a health co-parenting relationship with Kim and is focused on raising their beautiful children," his representative later stated of the former flames' four kiddos.
