Kanye West Reportedly Buys Malibu Mansion For $57.25 Million As Rapper's Future With Kim Kardashian Hangs In The Balance
It looks like Kanye West is moving closer to estranged wife Kim Kardashian, as he reportedly dropped a whopping $57.25 million on a Malibu mansion.
While it's unclear if Ye and the KKW beauty founder are working on rebuilding their relationship or finalizing their divorce, it's safe to say things may get easier for the two now that they will reportedly be living in the same state. (The former flames previously shared a Hidden Hills home, which Kardashian will reportedly get in the divorce.)
News of West's latest purchase broke on Sunday night, September 19, per Dirt, and fans were less than impressed with the Donda artist's alleged new digs. “Kanye living in a parking garage," one critic wrote of the box-like property, seen on Zillow Gone Wild Celebs' Instagram page. “He loves the abandoned clinic look,” another user commented, as a third added: “Looks like a high-end bunker for a cult leader."
Though the 44-year-old did not confirm he's the new owner of the property, Shore Drive Holdings — which is registered to the same address as West's Yeezy clothing line — is the recorded buyer, according to the New York Post.
West's apparent new abode is three stories and located on Puerco Beach. The 0.13-acre beachfront — built in 2013 — has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and was previously owned by Ashley Olsen's ex Richard Sachs.

The father-of-four also owns two Wyoming ranches as well as his childhood home in Chicago. OK! previously reported the former U.S. presidential candidate bought his second larger-than-life Wyoming ranch for $14.5 million just two months after purchasing his first multi-million dollar estate in 2019.
The "Power" rapper reportedly uses his first property to host public events and gatherings while using his second to focus on his music in private — West created his tenth studio album at the sprawling property.
West may now be using his new abode in California to focus on his family and tumultuous relationship with Kardashian, 40, after she filed for divorce from the Grammy Award winner in February.
It's unclear where West and Kardashian are at in their divorce proceedings, as OK! exclusively learned the reality star may be having second thoughts about their split. “The fact is, she’s torn about this,” an insider dished of Kardashian's doubts, claiming the mother-of-four doesn't want to tear their family apart. (The estranged couple share kids North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.)
“Kim still loves Kanye,” spilled the insider. “But as good as his intentions may be, he remains as erratic and unpredictable as ever.”
