The 39-year-old looked unbothered as she stepped out sporting a casual look on the Universal Studios lot in Los Angeles on Tuesday, July 27. Carrying an array of items, Clarkson sported chic sunglasses, an oversized cover-up, black leggings — and a tight smile.

As OK! previously reported, a Los Angeles County Court judge ordered the Voice star dole out $150,000 per month in spousal support to Blackstock, in addition to $45,601 per month for the former couple’s two children, River, 7, and 5-year-old Remington. Documents obtained by The Blast state that Clarkson brings in nearly $1,583,617 per month in income.

Clarkson and Blackstock were married for nearly seven years before the “Miss Independent” singer filed for divorce in June 2020, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

In December of that year, Clarkson filed legal documents with the California Labor Commission in October, alleging that her estranged husband — who acted as her manager for years, and also works with Blake Shelton — and his father Narvel’s Starstruck Management company defrauded her by charging her outlandish fees during her 13 years with the team.

The former flames’ legal battle is far from over: Clarkson and Blackstock still have to determine their property and cash — which will include arguments over their prenuptial agreement.

Meanwhile, Blackstock has decided to give up his career as a talent manager to pursue work as a rancher that will sponsor rodeos. Clarkson wanted to sell the couple's Montana Ranch — but the judge denied the request and ordered Brandon to start covering the costs of the property which in total reportedly comes to $81,000 per month.
