Kelly Ripa looked back on a surprising part of her early career.
The Live With Kelly and Mark co-host recalled the "outrageous" moment when she modeled for a 1999 Jockey ad in a bra after recently giving birth.

Kelly Ripa used the fun fact during a game of Two Truths and Lie.
During the latest episode of her "Let's Talk Off Camera" podcast, Ripa discussed the decades-old underwear shoot, where the staff gifted her a real vintage print from the 1999 campaign.
Ripa revealed that the shoot became a topic of conversation after she had submitted the confession as one of her "truths" for a game of Two Truths and a Lie — though no one believed her.
'We Know She Was Never an Underwear Model'

No one believed Kelly Ripa, declaring, 'that's got to be the lie!'
"Everybody’s like, 'We know she was never an underwear model, take that off the list. That’s got to be the lie!'" she shared.
On the podcast, the mother-of-three showcased the ad, which a colleague purchased off eBay, and pointed out, "Here I am!"
Ripa note the clipping is "actually from the magazine," calling the shoot "outrageous" before explaining what it was like to be on set while postpartum.

'My One Time as an Underwear Model'

Kelly Ripa 'just had a baby' before modeling for the photoshoot.
"What you’re looking at here is me and my one time as an underwear model," she said of the image, which pictured her sitting down in a black bra and white pants. "This was a Jockey ad campaign that was shot with the women of ABC daytime. That’s me down there."
"Why, Kelly, do you look so exhausted and weird? Well, I’d just had a baby, so all of the oxygen I’m not expending because I’m holding in my stomach," she quipped.
'I Didn’t Breathe for the Whole 8-Hour Shoot'

Kelly Ripa claimed she held in her stomach for the whole shoot.
Ripa also poked fun at her outfit: "Notice I’m the girl with the high-waisted pants because they were like, 'We don’t know what to do here, we’ll sit her down and put her in high-waisted jeans.' I didn’t breathe for the whole eight-hour shoot. This is the proof that I was an underwear model that nobody can still believe."
"I’m also a nursing mother, but you can’t believe it in this photo. These are my nursing mother b----," she quipped.
