Khloé Kardashian has been focusing on taking care of herself despite her distant dynamic with Tristan Thompson.
Following the Sacramento Kings player, 30, revealing he fathered a third child while reportedly still dating the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 37, a source revealed the former couple's relationship has been rocky.
"Khloe and Tristan's relationship is strained," the source told Entertainment Tonight. "She hardly wants to give him any energy at the moment. Tristan will always be part of the family, but at this point she is done romantically speaking."
Nevertheless, Kardashian is choosing to focus on herself rather than paying any mind to the drama her baby daddy has once again found himself in the center of. "Khloe has been spending time with her sisters and family, working out, eating healthy, and focusing on her mind, body and soul," the insider spilled to the outlet. "She's getting back on her A-game."
"The family was disappointed with Tristan and just want to be there for Khloe," the insider close to the Good American cofounder claimed, before noting: "Khloe isn't rushing to get back into the dating world at this time."

The former couple — who shares 3-year-old daughter True Thompson — split over the summer after having an on-again, off-again relationship for years. Prior to their split, Thompson hooked up with fitness instructor Maralee Nichols in March, which was when the coparents conceived their son, who was born in December.
As OK! previously reported, the basketball star confirmed in a public statement earlier this month that he is in fact the father of Nichols' baby boy after continuously questioning the paternity of the child.
"Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols," the womanizer's statement began. "I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son."
Thompson also publicly apologized to Kardashian in his statement, writing: "Khloé, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have cause you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years."
