Khloé Kardashian has been trying to move on after Tristan Thompson admitted to fathering a third child with another woman.
After the Sacramento Kings player, 30, publicly apologized to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 37, for "humiliating" her and admitted he fathered a child while they were still in a relationship, Kardashian is trying her best to navigate what comes next.
"She is still very upset and it's been hard for her to accept this," an insider dished to E! News. "After everything they have been through, he was still saying one thing and doing another. She knows she deserves so much better."
Kardashian and Thompson — who share 3-year-old daughter True Thompson — were together in March when the NBA star hooked up with fitness instructor Maralee Nichols during his 30th birthday celebrations in Texas, which was when the two apparently conceived their son, born in December.
"The family is relieved that it seems she is finally ready to move on and let go," the source reportedly said of the support from the Kardashian-Jenner crew.
Thompson and the Good American cofounder, "will continue to co parent and follow the custody schedule they have for True," the insider revealed, "but that is it."

When news of the father-of-three's latest cheating scandal broke, a source reportedly revealed Kardashian was, "very disappointed and hurt by him," and was "relieved to be done" with Thompson for good.
"Khloe is all about trust and loyalty," the source told the outlet. "She feels disrespected. She's ready to move on."
As OK! previously reported, despite his constant infidelity, Thompson has been eager to win Kardashian back, but the mother-of-one is officially done with her baby daddy's antics.
"He wants to win her back, but she will never take him back romantically after learning about his cheating," an insider declared. "This was the final straw."
Meanwhile, this wasn't the first time Thompson had been unfaithful. He famously hooked up with another woman just days before Kardashian gave birth to their daughter. He dropped the ball once again shortly after when he kissed Kylie Jenner's ex- BFFL Jordyn Woods — and the drama didn't stop there.
Instagram model Sydney Chase came forward in April, claiming she hooked up with Thompson multiple times after he and Kardashian reconciled last summer.
