Kim Kardashian 'Encouraging Khloé To Date' Again After Tristan Thompson Romance, Claims Pete Davidson Is Helping Her See Past Kanye West Drama, Spills Source

Khloé Kardashian should take a page out of Kim Kardashian's book when it comes to how to get over an ex.

As the SKIMS founder tried navigating through her messy divorce from Kanye West, she found comfort in new boyfriend Pete Davidson. Meanwhile, Khloé has been dealing with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson's headline-making drama of fathering a child with another woman while he was still dating the Good American cofounder all on her own — and her supportive sis thinks she needs to change her ways.

"Kim is encouraging Khloé to date. Kim says her relationship with Pete helps her see past all the Kanye drama," an insider spilled to People. "Kim wants Khloé to be happy as well."

And while a distraction is key amid these uncertain times in both Kim and Khloé's life, they've also found comfort in relying on each other. "Kim and Khloé are very close and supportive of each other," the source added. "Khloé is the one Kim leaned on the most during her divorce. Khloé often expresses how lucky she is to have Kim help her heal from Tristan. It's a very special relationship to them."

As OK! reported, the duo has had quite the year between Kim filing for divorce from Ye in February 2021 and watching Kanye plead for her to run back to him, as well as publicly slam both her and her new beau, to Khloé having to deal with her baby daddy's paternity scandal play out in the spotlight.

Khloé and Tristan's on-again, off-again relationship began in 2016 and came to an end in June of last year, months after an Instagram model claimed she and the 30-year-old hooked up after the former flames reconciled the summer before following his previous cheating scandal.

While Khloé has been living life as a single woman following their summer split, drama plagued her life again when news that he fathered another child with Maralee Nichols surfaced in December, the same month the new mama gave birth. (Nichols and the NBA pro apparently conceived their son, Theo, in March while celebrating Tristan's birthday.)

As for Kim — who was first linked to Davidson following her October 2021 hosting stint on Saturday Night Live — a judge granted the reality star's request last week to be declared legally single, despite the rapper's continuous efforts to object the motion.

And while Kim and Khloé continue to lean on each other, with the pair most likely venting to one another during their morning workouts, Kanye and Tristan have also seemingly been coming together. As OK! reported, the pariahs of the Kardashian crew were spotted earlier this month grabbing dinner in Miami.
