Kim Kardashian Asks If 'Everyone Else' Will Look 'As Good As' Her In 'Saturday Night Live' Teaser, Jokes That Hosting Will Be 'So Easy'
She's got jokes! Kim Kardashian doesn't seem nervous about hosting Saturday Night Live.
The 40-year-old is slated to take the helm on Saturday, October 9. SNL posted a teaser on Instagram ahead of the gig.
Kardashian was joined by musical guest Halsey and SNL cast member Cecily Strong in the clip. The brunette beauty donned a purple velvet turtle neck dress and left her dark tresses down while Halsey wore a gold shawl with a hood.
"Hi, I'm Kim Kardashian West, and I'm hosting SNL this week with Halsey," Kardashian said in the clip.
"Oh my gosh, this crazy thought just occurred to me in this exact moment right now. Should we start our own girl group?" Strong asked. "Absolutely not," the "Nightmare" singer replied. "We already said no when you pitched that backstage," Kardashian added.
"Ok, you could hear me," Strong joked. "I wasn't sure 'cause security had me in a headlock."
In a second teaser clip posted on Twitter, Strong asked the SKIMS founder if she was nervous about hosting. "Why? I don't have to write sketches, do I? Memorize lines?" Kardashian answered. "No, there are cue cards," Halsey said.
"Everyone else won't look as good as me, will they?" Kardashian asked. "No, absolutely not," Strong told the reality star.

"This is so easy," Kardashian joked. "Yeah, I guess it is," Strong agreed.
Fans took to the comment section on Instagram to share their thoughts.
"I am so proud of her. She’s doing amazing, sweetie," one fan wrote about the Keeping up with the Kardashians alum.
"This will be interesting. I have a feeling she’ll do well!" another user wrote.

Rami Malek will host SNL on October 16 and will be joined by musical guest Young Thug. Jason Sudeikis will take the helm on October 23 with musical guest Brandi Carlile.
