Kim Kardashian's Neighbor Reportedly Files For An Injunction Against Hidden Hills Community Association To Stop Driveway Construction

Kim Kardashian and one of her neighbors are reportedly not seeing eye to eye.
The reality star's estranged husband Kanye West — who changed his name to Ye — reportedly bought a home across the street from his ex. "He only bought it for the location," an insider told People. “It’s near Kim and the kids. He has a vision for the house and plans on starting construction ASAP."
Meanwhile, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the SKIMS founder's neighbor Sarah Key filed for an injunction to allegedly stop her from putting a driveway on a strip of land Key claims to own.

Key claimed in the documents that the 41-year-old wants to construct a drive way that would give her easy accress to and from her Hidden Hills home, but a portion of it would be on her property, the outlet reported.
Although Kardashian is not said to have started construction, Key reportedly does not plan on giving her neighbor permission for the project.

TMZ noted the injunction lawsuit was not filed against Kardashian. It was reportedly filed against the Hidden Hills Community Association to prevent the organization from approving any driveway construction.
Key is said to be the same neighbor who filed a restraining order against the Hidden Hills Community Association to prevent the TV personality from constructing an underground vault, subterranean parking, an attached subterranean wellness center and a detached guardhouse, TMZ reported.

However, insiders told the publication at the time that Kardashian was not planning on building a vault.
As previously reported by OK!, this all comes after the news that Kardashian will officially keep the Hidden Hills home amid her divorce from the "Donda" singer. The coparents reportedly negotiated a buyout price, and she quickly handed over the money to her ex for his share.
