Kim Kardashian Scores $60 Million Hidden Hills, Calif. Mansion In Kanye West Divorce
A massive victory!
Kim Kardashian has scored the $60 million Hidden Hills, Calif. mansion she and her kids have called home for months in her ongoing divorce battle with ex Kanye West.

In court docs obtained by TMZ, the former flames have negotiated a buyout price, with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum reportedly handing over all cash to the rapper for his share.
The exes bought the compound in 2014 for $20 million before embarking on a complete renovation.
The housing win for the KKW Beauty founder comes after OK! learned the 44-year-old rap icon is looking to unload to his $11 million Wyoming abode — Monster Lake Ranch.

West listed the sprawling property on Monday, October 11, nearly two years after purchasing the estate for $8 million in 2019.

The ranch comes with eight lodging units, two freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event center, horse barns and sprawls over 3,800 acres. The clothing designer owns another $14 million property in The Equality State, Bighorn Mountain Ranch.
Kardashian buying out her ex sends a clear signal that the duo are still heading towards divorce. Rumors began to circulate that the pair — who called it quits in January — were reconciling after they were snapped in New York City together for the reality star's SNL hosting gig.
The 40-year-old brunette beauty didn’t hold back during her opening monologue on Saturday Night Live this past weekend, where she praised and roasted her ex.
“I’ve been very blessed in this life, and I’m grateful for everything, honestly, all the ups, all the downs,” the mother-of-four explained. “I mean, I married the best rapper of all time. Not only that, he’s the richest Black man in America, a talented, legit genius, who gave me four incredible kids.”

She continued, “So when I divorced him, you have to know it came down to just one thing: his personality. I know it sounds mean, but people keep telling me that comedy comes from truth. And if there’s one thing that I always strive to be, it’s genuine.”
