Sparks were flying for Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson before they locked lips for the first time during their Saturday Night Live skit together.
During the premiere episode of her famous family's Hulu series, The Kardashians, the KKW Beauty founder agreed to host the late-night series — and decided to text her now-boyfriend for advise prior first meeting in person at the Met Gala in September 2021, one month before they nearly broke the internet with their infamous kiss.
"I ran into Pete Davidson at the Met and I was like, 'I am so scared. I don’t know what I signed up for,'" Kardashian recalled of their chat last year, per Page Six. "And he’s like, ‘Can you read cue cards? You’re good. You’re good.'"

The makeup mogul went on to host the NBC show on October 9, where she appeared in a skit with Davidson, who played Aladdin while she played his love interest, Disney princess Jasmine.
In the iconic skit, the unlikely couple kissed — which Kardashian recently spilled was the first time the pair shared a smooch. The SNL star later gifted his girlfriend the costumes and magic carpet from their skit for Valentine's Day.

Ever since sparking romance rumors following Kardashian's October appearance on his show, they had been spotted out and about together multiple times before going Instagram official last month.
The mother-of-four — who shares four children with ex Kanye West — recently confirmed her newfound romance with The King of Staten Island star will be explored in Hulu's upcoming series, The Kardashians, set to premiere April 14, but Davidson will not be making an appearance in the first season.
"I have not filmed with him, and I’m not opposed to it," the reality star spilled during the family's Variety interview, explaining: "It’s just not what he does. But if there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn’t tell the cameras to get away."
The brunette babe teased: "I think I might film something really exciting coming, but it wouldn’t be for this season."
