Kristen Bell Declares 'No Bras Tomorrow' in Honor of Dolly Parton as Actress Pays Comedic Tribute to Country Icon After Her Death

Kristen Bell paid tribute to Dolly Parton in only a way she could.

Following the news of Parton's death at age 80 on Tuesday, August 25, Bell shared a playful tribute to the country music icon on her Instagram Story, declaring that there would be "no bras tomorrow" and to have your "t--- at half mast" in her honor.

As her Story continued, Bell shared another tribute to Patron, reposting a throwback video that Shonda Rhimes had posted to her own Instagram.

"I'm like everybody else. I just work real hard. I've been as poor as anybody could be, so I had everything to gain, nothing to lose," the "Jolene" singer said in the clip. "So I just kind of work without fear because it's fun for me. It's like if I fail, it's no big deal. If something don't work out, I'm not afraid of failure, because to me I never feel like a loser."

Before concluding, "You know, even when I've lost, I still, you know, I feel like I'm winning because I'm earning some sort of experience. Something that I can use somewhere else."

The actress' light-hearted message comes as celebrities and fans around the world mourn Parton, whose career spanned music, film, TV and philanthropic work.

Parton passed away peacefully in Nashville after a "brief battle with cancer," as previously reported by OK!.

One source told TMZ that those close to Parton "began rushing to Nashville to be by her side" after learning the 9-to-5 star had been hospitalized last week and "wasn't doing well."

"They did not expect she would die during this hospital stay, believing she would recover and be released as she had following past health setbacks," the insider added.

Bryan Seaver, Parton's nephew, announced her death on Tuesday afternoon in an approximately three-minute video shared to the country legend's social media accounts.

"I am representing the Parton and Owens family today, announcing the passing of my Aunt Dolly Rebecca Parton Dean. Sister, sis, aunt, granny to one generation and Gigi to the next," the son of Dolly's sister Cassie Parton began.

Bryan continued, "This video announcement is something Dolly asked of me years ago, before I fully absorbed it as a future reality. As her head of security for more than two decades, a role my father Larry held before me, I have imagined the heaviness of this moment but haven’t truly felt it until now."
