The 29-year-old revealed on the "Better Half With Stas & Vic" podcast on Wednesday, August 26, that she wants to go back under the knife.
'I Want My T--- to Walk in Before I Do'
Kylie Jenner was a guest on Stassie Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel's 'Better Half' podcast.
Jenner confessed that she wants "bigger and more out there" b----- implants than the ones she currently has.
"I do want them bigger," the Kylie Cosmetics Founder shared with her best friends and co-hosts Stassie Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel. "I say it every day."
Jenner continued, "I want my t--- to walk in before I do."
'She Has, Like, an Obsession With Big T---'
Kylie Jenner shared she also want to get her belly button pierced.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's friends confirmed she has been talking about going bigger "for the past year," with Karanikolaou, also 29, jumping in to say, "She has, like, an obsession with big t---."
Jenner chimed in, "Love t---."
Karanikolaou pointed out that Jenner had previously considered undergoing the procedure before her 29th birthday earlier this month, but now the mother-of-two said she "probably" would not do it before turning 30 either; however, she does want to get her belly button pierced "just to experience it."
She joked, "I want diamonds dripping from my belly button. Dripping everywhere."

Kylie Jenner Shared the Exact Details of Her First Surgery
Kylie Jenner confessed people call the office 'all the time' after she dropped her surgeon's name.
Jenner previously made headlines about one year ago, in June 2025, when she went viral for sharing the exact details of her b----- augmentation in a TikTok comment after a social media user questioned how she achieved the "most perfect, natural" assets and got "them to sit like that, respectfully."
The Khy creator replied, "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! … Hope this helps lol.”
Jenner also name-dropped her surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, which she added on Wednesday’s episode has led to people calling the office "all the time … asking for [her] information."
Kylie Jenner and Stassie Karanikolaou Put the Rumors to Rest
Kylie Jenner said she thinks the rumors are 'funny.'
Jenner and Karanikolaou also poked fun at the rumors that they are no longer close.
For a while, the longtime best friends hadn't been spotted together, and comments about the status of their relationship gained attention after Karanikolaou was missing from Jenner's birthday festivities earlier this month while she was away with fellow influencer Alix Earle.
While neither of them addressed the rumors prior to the podcast episode, the pair laughed it off the other day, with Karanikolaou posting a silly TikTok calling them "basically sisters."
In the short clip, they pretended to fight before hugging each other, writing, "us every other month," insinuating the duo tends to bicker often.
Jenner and Karanikolaou made light of the rampant speculation on Wednesday, with Jenner confirming, "I think it’s funny. I just really don’t care."
