Lindsie Chrisley’s ex David Landsman faced multiple charges in connection with an alleged strangling case.

Lindsie Chrisley’s ex-boyfriend, David Landsman, faced multiple charges after a Cherokee County grand jury indicted him in connection with an alleged April altercation involving the reality star.
The indictment included two counts of aggravated assault, one count of false imprisonment, and battery.
David Landsman Faced Multiple Charges

Lindsie Chrisley’s ex-boyfriend, David Landsman, faced multiple charges after a Cherokee County grand jury returned an indictment in August.
According to court records obtained by People, the grand jury returned the indictment on August 10.
Landsman was accused of "applying pressure to the throat and neck" of Chrisley during the April 10 incident.
The indictment also alleged that Landsman was "forcibly throwing her and slamming her to the ground," which allegedly resulted in a laceration on Chrisley’s head.
The documents stated that she sustained "substantial physical harm" during the assault, including bruising and bleeding from her head.

Lindsie Chrisley was alleged to have sustained lacerations and bruising during the April incident.
A representative for Chrisley told People that she "did not contact law enforcement regarding this matter and is focused on herself and her family during this incredibly difficult and deeply personal time."
"Out of respect for the ongoing legal process, she will not be commenting further on the circumstances at this time," the representative said.
"We respectfully ask that her privacy be honored and that she and her family be given the space and compassion to navigate this privately," they added.

The Alleged April Incident Led to David Landsman's Arrest

Lindsie Chrisley was arrested on suspicion of DUI and driving-related charges in May.
Landsman was arrested in April on misdemeanor battery and felony aggravated assault/strangulation charges and was booked into the Cherokee County Jail.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by People at the time, Landsman allegedly told the person they were "not going anywhere."
The affidavit also alleged that Landsman pushed the person out of a Woodstock house "causing [the person] to fall back and hit [their] head on the concrete."
The alleged victim reportedly had blood coming from their head "due to a laceration caused by the fall."
Landsman was also charged with "assaulting with an object, device, or instrument which, when used offensively against a person, is likely to or actually does result in strangulation."
Chrisley was later arrested on May 23 on suspicion of driving under the influence, attempting to elude police, improper passing, reckless driving, and speeding.
She told TMZ that she "got pulled over speeding past a car on a two lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was."

Lindsie Chrisley and David Landsman were previously photographed together during their relationship in 2025.
Chrisley and Landsman were linked in 2025 after he shared Instagram photos of them at a Savannah Bananas game.
In July 2025, Chrisley changed her last name on social media to Landsman, though she later removed it.
"We are not married. [We] have built a safe and loving relationship that allows for stability in my life and in Jackson’s life," she said on her podcast, "The Southern Tea."
"For a long time, I battled with carrying my maiden last name," Chrisley continued.
She added, "Choosing to change my name to Landsman truly was about reclaiming my peace and stepping into my future that is defined by love."
