Maralee Nichols listed her Texas condo for sale three weeks after giving birth to her and Tristan Thompson's son.
According to real estate records obtained exclusively by Radar, the personal trainer — who moved to Southern California earlier this year — listed her home for sale on December 21, 2021, for a whopping $900,000.
Located in Houston, Tex., the spacious condo has a total living space of 2,976 sq. ft., boasts 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and and is equipped with a security camera, a smart doorbell, and smart thermostats on each floor.
The sale listing also noted the kitchen features German kitchen appliances, double stacked cabinetry, and quartz countertops, while the rest of the home includes games rooms and a rooftop terrace.
This comes days after Nichols slammed her baby daddy for his public statement about their son's paternity results.

The NBA player took to Instagram on January 3 to announce he was, in fact, the father of Nichols' newborn son. "I take full responsibility for my actions," the post read. "Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son."
He added: "I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately."
"There was never any doubt that Tristan Thompson was the father of Maralee Nichols’ baby," her publicist retorted in a statement released on January 4. "Tristan made numerous false and defamatory statements and declarations about Maralee over the past few months, and she is taking his contrite statement today in the context of all of those statements."
As OK! previously reported, an insider dished that Khloe Kardashian — whom he shares daughter, True, 3, with — feels "humiliated" and "hurt" that her ex allegedly fathered another child while they were still together.
"She is still very upset and it's been hard for her to accept this," the insider told the outlet. "After everything they have been through, he was still saying one thing and doing another. She knows she deserves so much better."
