Meghan King is giving a status update on her relationship with ex Jim Edmonds.
The former The Real Housewives of Orange County star — who recently made headlines for her short-lived marriage to President Joe Biden's nephew Cuffe Owens — is getting real about her experience with coparenting.
In a conversation with Us Weekly, King, 37, confessed she "struggles with communication" with Edmonds, with whom she shares daughter Aspen, 5, as well as 3-year-old twin sons Hart and Hayes. The former couple tied the knot back in 2014 before announcing their split in 2019.
King told the outlet that she has the three kiddos "all the time," while Edmonds, 51, "gets visitation."
"I don't know what [coparenting] is. Like I don't," King reportedly stated. "In order to coparent, you have to communicate, right? Yeah, so that would be a good start…Jim hates me. It's horrible."
"I don't think [the kids] like it," she candidly speculated to the outlet. "I don't think they know any different, but I don't think they like it either. I wish we could discuss things about our children, but we can't."

As King continues to navigate her rocky parenting relationship with her estranged ex, she recently revealed she is getting back into the dating game again after only breaking things off with Owens a couple of months ago.
As Radar reported, King spilled she is "going on dates" following her split from Owens, as she is starting to accept their marriage didn't exactly go as planned.
King and Owens — who went public with their relationship in September 2021 — quickly got married in an intimate ceremony, but just two months later, the TV personality broke the news that their marriage was over.
"I was married, but it was such a whirlwind, and from start to finish with him was only three months, which was just stupid of me to marry him, but I did," she explained during the "Two Ts In A Pod" podcast earlier this week.
"It doesn't feel like a marriage, it feels like a three-month dating relationship that was an abrupt start and an abrupt end," she stated.
Following the end of their romance, King insisted it's "time to move on" and revealed she has been talking to her therapist about finding a good perspective on the situation. "I learned a lesson, and it's time to move on. I think about it as a memory, and I'm sad it didn't work out. I had hopes for it…but it's fine. It literally feels like a nostalgic memory."
