Meghan King and hubby Cuffe Biden Owens shockingly called it quits after just two months of marriage. The 37-year-old took to social media to share her feelings on their split after the holiday weekend.
"I am rattled. This situation is profoundly devastating," The Real Housewives of Orange County alum wrote via Instagram Story on Monday, December 27. "This is obviously not what I imagined when I made my vows — and I'm shocked and saddened by the way things turned out. I am moving forward with my children as we privately process our pain and begin to let go of shattered dreams."
King continued: "At this time I ask for your grace and gentle kindness as I navigate this labyrinth of grief with my family." She shares daughter Aspen, 5, and 3-year-old twin sons Hart and Hayes with ex-husband Jim Edmonds.
After only two months of marital bliss, Page Six reported on Friday, December 24, King and President Joe Biden's nephew, 42, were heading towards splitsville. Eagle-eyed fans also noticed the reality TV star removed Owens' last name from her Instagram bio but kept the title "wife."
The Missouri native and the attorney secretly wed on October 11 at his parents’ Pennsylvania estate after three weeks of dating. The president and FLOTUS Jill Biden were in attendance.

Although King gushed about fate and perfect timing — claiming the newlyweds "see eye-to-eye" and that she and Owens "just knew" — a source exclusively spilled to OK! King's family was "a bit shocked she tied the knot so quickly.”
An insider spilled only a "handful of people" knew about King and Owens' nuptials, with a source adding that King's ex "was given a heads up a few days prior."
An insider confirmed those close to the former flames were worried the infatuation would fade. "It's all moved too fast for some people. They didn't really have a chance to know each other, and now Cuffe's a stepdad to three little kids," the insider explained.
