As he turned away, Dobrev continued posing for photos, using her hands to twirl the train of her dress before she was awkwardly stopped again. She appeared to frown as ushers on the carpet spoke to her, again urging her to continue walking.

'Sheer Embarrassment'
Social media users suggested that Nina Dobrev was posing for photos in the wrong area.
"If I were Nina Dobrev getting kicked out of the Venice Film Festival red carpet yesterday, I would've evaporated from sheer embarrassment," one user wrote, while a second said, "Getting removed from that red carpet would feel painfully awkward."
"Wow, what an embarrassing moment! I can't imagine how she must have felt," a third added. "But I think we all have bad days, right?"
Others defended the actress, saying she wasn't removed but was taking photos in the wrong location.
"They didn't kick her out," one user pointed out. "At that festival, the rules say that you only pass through the red carpet, you can't stop to pose (for that, there's a photo call later). They simply tell her that, not to stop and to keep going."
