Orlando Bloom turned heads on the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival — and some social media users have not been particularly kind about his current look.
Many onlookers felt that Bloom appeared to have "aged" more than they might have expected, though others thought that there were just some unflattering photos being shared.
Social Media Users Shared Brutal Comments on Orlando Bloom's Appearance
Social media users were brutal towards Bloom.
The conversation surrounding Bloom on X was especially brutal.
"Katy has been rejuvenated by 143 years, and he has aged by 1432 years, and this is the ending he deserves," one person wrote, referring to the actor's ex Katy Perry.
"In what sense is this Orlando Bloom?" questioned another.
Many others commented that the Pirates of the Caribbean alum now looks like other stars rather than himself, such as David Beckham, Buffy actor James Marsters, Mike Myers and Sylvester Stallone.

The actor looked different in different lighting.
While the photos shared in one specific post showed a different side of Bloom, other images from the festival captured him looking much more like the star fans are used to seeing.

Some commenters compared Bloom's perceived "aged" look to Perry's, saying that the singer actually looks super youthful.
Bloom and Perry were in an on-and-off relationship between 2016 and 2025, per People.
They got engaged in 2019, though they never made it down the aisle. They share a daughter named Daisy Dove, who was born in August 2020.
