Rick Harrison's family said he's 'doing great.'
The reality TV star’s family told the publication on Friday that he originally went to the hospital for a routine procedure for his heart condition. However, doctors found a serious issue that needed immediate medical intervention.
“He went in for a simpler procedure, and they found he needed a bypass,” they said.
“He is resting comfortably and looking forward to a full recovery,” they added at the time.
“He is grateful for the doctors and staff at the hospital and that his wife and family can be with him during this time,” Harrison’s family continued in the statement.

Rick Harrison said Angie Polushkin was by his side through the ups and downs of life.
The Las Vegas businessman has previously opened up about the importance of having his family by his side, particularly as he has been going through a difficult few years.
In 2024, one of his sons, Adam Harrison, died from an accidental fentanyl and methamphetamine overdose at the age of 39. In November of 2025, Rick lost his mother, Joanne Harrison, at the age of 85.
His father, Richard Harrison, too, passed away in 2018 at the age of 77 after battling Parkinson's disease. Ever since meeting his new wife, Angie Polushkin, however, she made sure to be by his side through life's upheavals, which he greatly appreciated, as he told Fox News.
