Only hours after the settlement in the civil sexual abuse case filed in the U.S. made headlines, Victoria took to her Instagram Story to slam Virginia, who filed suit the against the royal in August 2021, alleging she was forced to have sex with the embattled royal on three separate occasions when she was only 17.

First, Victoria questioned on her Instagram Story: "If you lie with fake evidence what are the consequences of that?" She then shared what appeared to be a paparazzi photo of Virginia and wrote: "Scam artist." Taking it one step further, Virginia added in another post: "If I aged like that I would probably want to sue GOD," with laughing crying emojis.

Victoria didn't stop there, as she also appeared to address the notorious photo of Andrew with Virginia and his apparent old pal Ghislaine Maxwell, a convicted sex offender who Virginia alleged she was trafficked by along with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.

"She suddenly wanted to settle very fast when all the truth was coming out about her criminal fabricated photo," she seethed in her post shared to her Instagram Story. "Her lawyers must have panicked!!. The only thing she deserves is a prison cell full of rats."

The notorious photo in question — which has earned Virginia $160,000 in media fees — was taken at Ghislaine's London home in March 2001; however, she appears to have lost the original copy amid her move from Colorado to Sydney. The damning evidence would've been used to refute Andrew's claim that he never met Virginia, given they were photographed together.

Andrew's legal team requested the original photo so its authenticity can be evaluated by experts. The defense argued that without the hard original copy, there's no real way of knowing whether the picture was photoshopped.

"Time to investigate her and that missing Thai kid called jojo," Victoria concluded in her series of posts. It's unclear who exactly Andrew's ex was referring to, but her thoughts on their headline-making case are crystal clear.

As OK! reported, the sum of the settlement has not been disclosed, but the document submitted to a U.S. court stated the 61-year-old "intends to make a substantial donation to Ms. Giuffre's charity in support of victims' rights."

In addition, the document noted Queen Elizabeth II's son "never intended to malign Ms Giuffre's character," and "accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks."

After acknowledging "Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years," the document stated: "Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others."
