Prince William Is 'Appalled' At How Prince Harry Is 'Handling' His U.K. Security Trouble

Prince Harry is ruffling palace feathers once again.
The ousted prince's decision to petition U.K. courts to allow him to pay for police protection during future visits to England isn't sitting well with family members — especially estranged older brother Prince William.
Harry, 37, recently filed an appeal following the British government's refusal of his security bid, claiming that he and wife Meghan Markle, along with their two children, Archie, 2, and Lilibet, 7 months, need more protection when visiting his home country.
But William isn't happy about the whole ordeal, as he reportedly thinks his brother is causing uneccesary stress on the palace.
"William sympathizes with Harry's insistence on defending his family," a source tells OK!, "But he's appalled at how Harry's handling the matter because of the stress it's putting on The Queen and the monarchy."
The source also spills that William believes his younger brother has been "brainwashed" by Meghan throughout the pair's ongoing drama with the rest of the royal family.

As OK! previously reported, Harry felt the need to kick his security up a notch after his recent trip to the U.K. for the unveiling of the new Princess Diana statue in honor of his mother. The trip was ultimately "compromised due to absence of police protection," according to a statement released on behalf of the royal.
In the statement, Harry also referenced the "well-documented Neo-Nazi and extremest threats" that have been made against him and his wife, causing the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to be reluctant to travel back to Harry's home country.
As explained in the statement, Harry and Meghan pay for their own security team, but they "cannot replicate the necessary protection needed whilst in the U.K."
Harry is pushing against the British governement for the sake of being able to bring his two little ones over the pond so they can "know his home country."
"The U.K. will always be Prince Harry's home and country he wants his wife and children to be safe in," the statement read. "With the lack of police protection, comes too great a personal risk. Prince Harry hopes that his petition — after close to two years of pleas for security in the UK — will resolve this situation."
Meanwhile, William is reportedly not happy with the disruption his brother is causing, as Her Majesty is already dealing with the fallout from Prince Andrew's ongoing sexual assault case.
