Property Brothers star Drew Scott is going to be a dad!
The 43-year-old reality star's wife, Linda Phan, is pregnant with the couple's first child, and the duo shared the exciting news via social media on Tuesday, December 21.
The expecting parents posted a mirror selfie to their respective Instagram accounts to show off the 36-year-old's growing baby bump and share the happy news with their followers.
"Guess we're doing weekly bathroom selfies now," Scott captioned his post. "It has been an adventure to get here! We know we're not alone in this experience and that everyone's is filled with unique challenges along the way."
"When we first started down this path, we quickly felt sooooo appreciative of the doctors we've been fortunate to work with, and fam and friends who supported us throughout, sharing their stories or simply just being there," the post continued. "It made an overwhelming time in our lives more manageable. We hope as we grow through this, that even one of you reading this can feel a little less loney in whatever path you're on!"
They also shared the news during an episode of their "At Home with Linda & Drew Scott" podcast, where Scott told his listeners: "Cat's out of the bag, everyone. Linda's pregnant!"
The soon-to-be parents-of-one have been vocal about wanting to start a family since tying the knot in Italy back in May 2018. The TV personality stated shortly after their nuptials that they "definitely" wanted to have kids one day, per Us Weekly.
“That’s why we did the renovation on our place, as well, to make sure it’s a great home that our family can grow into so," Scott pointed out in 2019 — and their vision is about to become a reality.
