She added dark sunglasses and wore her short brunette hair in her signature sleek style.

Camila Mendes shared photos from a tropical retreat, posing in a brown two-piece bikini while enjoying the waterfront scenery.
As she leaned back in the water, the sunlight reflected across the surface, adding to the peaceful feel of the snapshot.
Mendes summed up the experience in her Instagram caption: “water sign in her element 🌊 thank you @ooaesthesis @circlepr for the retreat of my dreams!!”
Another photo gave followers a closer look at the beautiful surroundings. Mendes walked toward the waterfront while carrying a folded towel and wearing the same brown bikini with a pair of casual flip-flops.
The Masters of the Universe alum showed off her figure from behind in the playful shot as she made her way toward the water.
Mendes Opened Up About Finding Spirituality

Camila Mendes described the getaway as the ‘retreat of my dreams’ in an Instagram caption.
The getaway comes just weeks after Mendes opened up about a major shift in the way she views spirituality.
During an appearance on Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast, Mendes recalled, “When I was a teenager, I was an atheist. I was very proud of being an atheist, reading Richard Dawkins.”
As she got older, however, that certainty started to change.
“I was well into my 20s and it wasn’t until I sort of hit rock bottom that I went to Hoffman that things started to change for me,” she shared, referring to a week-long residential and personal-growth retreat.

Camila Mendes said a week-long residential and personal-growth retreat helped change the way she viewed spirituality after she felt stuck in therapy.
The experience eventually pushed her to reconsider an area of life she had previously dismissed.
“It was so funny because I rejected spirituality for so long,” she said. “I’ve been in therapy for almost a decade and kind of hit a plateau. I’ve talked about my problems and rationalized them and I can talk and talk but I don’t feel like I’m healing. I feel like I’m stuck in this cycle of being very aware of what my problems are but not really being able to implement any change. I need something more. I need a larger purpose. I’m craving something more meaningful.”
Mendes Shared Her Approach to Self-Care

Camila Mendes previously revealed that she identified as an atheist as a teenager before becoming more open to spirituality as an adult.
Mendes has also been open about the small habits she's using to take better care of herself.
“As of late, I'm really getting into meditation. Waking up and setting out 10 minutes to just be by yourself with your thoughts. And something similar to meditation that I think is a little different is saying no, I think. Knowing when you just need to go home and be alone. Now, more than ever, I value my alone time because in an industry like this that's very chaotic, a lot of people need things from you,” Mendes said, per Elle.
