Sam Hunt & Pregnant Wife Hannah Lee Fowler Are 'Doing Their Best' After Calling Off Divorce, States Source

Here we go again! It looks like country singer Sam Hunt and Hannah Lee Fowler have decided to try and work on their marriage, as it's been reported that Fowler — who filed for divorce in February — filed to dismiss the case last month.

The pair's relationship has been rocky: after Fowler — who's currently pregnant with their first child — filed for the split in February, she withdrew the paperwork just hours later because she filed in the wrong county. Hours later, she filed again correctly.

"They are doing their best every day," a source told PEOPLE. of the messy situation. "Sam and his wife are continually looking forward to the next chapter. He's just thinking about his family and what's to come."

At the time, the nurse claimed Hunt, 37, was "guilty of inappropriate marital conduct" and "adultery." According to reports, the paperwork stated, "The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper."

Once the infidelity allegations went public, the singer's social media account was flooded with users slamming him for allegedly cheating on his pregnant spouse.

However, an insider spilled to Us Weekly that Fowler is also uncomfortable living in the spotlight. "Hannah is very shy and really didn’t want to create a life in Nashville or in the public eye," stated the insider. "She always was conflicted with this public life."

In addition, Hunt has had trouble with the law, and in 2021, he was found guilty of a DUI charge that occurred two years prior. The case resulted in his license being suspended for one year, in addition to having to complete a safety course. He also served 48 hours at an alternative facility instead of his full sentence, which came to 11 months and 29 days.

The duo began dating in 2008 and had an on-off relationship, tying the knot in 2017.
