Love is in the air for Sasha Obama! The 20-year-old has been dating Clifton Powell Jr., 24, since last August, when she transferred from the University of Michigan to USC, reported the Daily Mail.
In photos obtained by the outlet, the student wore a purple and pink tank over a bikini top, a long flowy skirt and Birkenstocks while walking alongside her new man who was escorting her into his car.
Her beau, who goes by "Cliff" and "CP3," is the son of Ray star Clifton Powell and chef/designer Kimberly Powell, and he has one sister, 29-year-old May. He was reportedly good friends with Regina King's son Ian, who took his life this past January.

Powell Jr. attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, on a basketball scholarship, but he dropped out after less than a year to pursue his filmmaking passion.
"Cliff made his leap into the narrative writing world, which led him to a writing assistant job for scripted television and ultimately leading Cliff to a development deal of his own in the TV space," the bio on his official website reads. "Along with writing scripts, he exercises his creative muscles from behind the camera."

He now works as a writer and director for commercials, having produced content for big brands like NFL, Mountain Dew and Nike.
Meanwhile, Obama has been thriving in her independence, as mom Michelle recently gave an update on her and her eldest daughter, 23-year-old Malia, revealing on Ellen DeGeneres' show they're "doing well" and have grown into "amazing young women."
The former First Lady also touched on their love lives. "They loved the Jonas Brothers. Now they are bringing grown men home," noted the Becoming author. "Before it was just, like, pop bands. Now they have boyfriends and real lives."
The mom-of-two said she had a ball when the kids returned home in 2020 due to the pandemic, "It was an extra special treat to have them. That little bit of time. Because being with them as adults, it's fun!" she gushed. "I love them at every age."
