Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is facing intense social media backlash after a March 2024 episode of his Fox Nation podcast, "From the Kitchen Table: The Duffys," resurfaced online.
In the clip, the former congressman and transportation official sits next to his wife, Rachel Campos-Duffy, and delivers a crude monologue focusing heavily on actress Sydney Sweeney's body.
The podcast episode, titled "Can Sydney Sweeney Save America From Going Woke?", featured Duffy stating he was going to give his "take on Sydney Sweeney's b------."
'God Made Us a Certain Way'
Sean Duffy said Sydney Sweeney's chest 'makes us want to reproduce.'
The former MTV Road Rules contestant stated, "God made us a certain way to appreciate and want to mate with a woman,” asserting that Sweeney's body is "a reminder that men are still men."
Duffy continued to harp on the actress’ chest, saying, "Sydney Sweeney's b---- make us want to reproduce" and "Sydney Sweeney's b---- are gonna save America.”
Throughout the segment, his wife, a former cast member on MTV’s Real World, whom he met on 1998’s MTV Road Rules All Stars, laughed and chimed in, "And women are still women."
Social media critics slammed the politician for commenting on the actress' body.
The segment originally aired in early 2024 following Sweeney's appearance on Saturday Night Live, which triggered a wave of right-wing commentary that attempted to frame the Euphoria star as an anti-woke, far-right cultural symbol dubbed "MAGA Barbie."
The renewed attention has drawn sharp rebukes from critics, including journalists such as Sam Stein, who mocked the official's preoccupation with the actress' body.
"Finally! I was sitting here waiting for the transportation secretary's take on Sweeney's b-----,” Stein posted on X.

Sean Duffy Was Ridiculed for His Remarks
Some people called out Sean Duffy for ogling the actress while preaching his Catholic faith.
Many commentators pointed out the irony of the couple frequently highlighting their devout Catholic faith while broadcasting explicit conversations about another woman's body.
“These FauxChristians who feel as though they’re the moral authority on 'men are still men and women are still women... must answer the question: What makes a good and honorable person?” noted one.
“Hey @SecDuffy — you know who wouldn’t teach your daughter c--- like this? Harvard,” , regarding an interaction he had with his daughter on his taxpayer-funded reality show, in which he shot down her interest in attending Harvard because he believes the liberal university “ruins young girls’ minds.”
Sydney Sweeney recently launched a lingerie line.
“Says the Secretary of Transportation. How far America has fallen. Every day is a bad Saturday Night Live skit,” lamented another.
