Ouch! Sienna Miller Spills On 'Zero Chemistry' With Ben Affleck: 'We Could Not Be Less Attracted To Each Other'
While Ben Affleck has a track record for falling in love with his onscreen love interests, it seems he couldn't charm Sienna Miller on the actors' previous project together.
The American Sniper star spilled on what it was like working with Affleck back in 2016 on the film Live by Night while appearing on Drew Barrymore's talk show. "Ben Affleck was like my brother," Miller explained on the Wednesday, April 13, episode of The Drew Barrymore Show. "I’ve never laughed so much in my life. I mean, that sounds like a ridiculous thing to say and like a name-dropping thing to say, but I actually mean it."
Because of their sibling-like relationship in real life, Miller recalled the difficulty of selling her role as the handsome hunk's love interest in the movie, which Affleck, 49, also directed.

"We had zero chemistry whatsoever — it was hysterical," Miller, 40, continued to the show host, according to Us Weekly. "We were supposed to be in love. We could not be less attracted to each other."
Apart from trying to spark some form of chemistry for the cameras, the Hollywood stars also struggled with getting their bodies to mesh. "He has an enormous head," the Layer Cake actress reportedly quipped of the Oscar winner. "I have a small one, so they’d have to, like, put me slightly ahead of him. … And he directed the movie, and I could barely look at him for laughing the whole time."

The former costars got engaged later that year, but their romance hit a rough patch in 2005 when Law admitted to having an affair with his children's nanny, it was reported.
Despite reconciling after the Closer star, 49, came clean about his infidelity, they split again in 2006 only to rekindle their romance for a second time in 2009 and call it quits for good in February 2011.
Meanwhile, Affleck — who was previously married to Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares three children — found love with his Gigli costar Jennifer Lopez after first meeting on set in 2002. The Town actor proposed later that year, but Bennifer postponed their 2003 wedding due to the media frenzy surrounding their relationship and ultimately split in 2004.

Before the power couple reconciled in April 2021, with J.Lo confirming last week that her man proposed to her again, Affleck sparked up another romance with his Deep Water love interest, Ana de Armas.

And while Affleck has happily moved on with Lopez, with Bennifer 2.0 now planning the rest of their lives together including finding a place to live with their blended family, de Armas reportedly began dating Tinder CEO Paul Boukadakis.
