'Sister Wives' Star Christine Brown Compassionately Reflects On The Importance Of Having A 'Support System' Following Split From Kody Brown
Car confessions!
Sister Wives star Christine Brown took a minute out of her day to reflect on the importance of having a good support system after feeling helpless when she saw a woman crying in her car.
The compassionate mom-of-six — who shares Aspyn, 26, Mykelti, 25, Paedon, 23, Gwendlyn, 20, Ysabel, 18, and Truely, 11 with ex-husband Kody Brown — opened up about the "wake up call" moment in a series of Instagram Stories shared on Friday, February 18.
"I saw a woman sobbing in her car today and it was so hard. There was nothing I could do," she explained, noting the woman was in her own vehicle turning left just ahead of her, so she couldn't do anything to help her. "And I thought 'gosh, I hope she's going towards some comfort' you know, not just driving away from something."
"And it just hit me how incredible it is in this life to have a support system and people that love you," she continued. "People that you can surround yourself with."

Christine added she wished she could send the woman a "little bit of cheer" repeating that she really hopes that "she has somebody" and that all of her followers had their own "somebodies" to support them too.
As OK! previously reported, the reality personality has had plenty of time to recognize the importance of a solid support system for herself after making the painful decision to leave her marriage of more than 25 years.
In a sneak peek for Sunday's upcoming tell-all, Kody opened up about still feeling "angry" with her about it.
"Christine’s moved; she’s left. We are no longer married," he told host Sukanya Krishnan. "I love her, and I don’t know what to do ‘cause I’ve got the grief but I’m still angry."
Christine is Kody's third wife. They were "spiritually" married in 1994. Following their split, Christine left their lives in Flagstaff, Ariz. and moved with Truely to Utah to be closer to her other children.
