Tiger Woods reached out to an unexpected confidant in the immediate aftermath of his shocking rollover crash — none other than former president Donald Trump, body camera footage of his DUI arrest reportedly revealed.
In a video released by the Marion County Sheriff's department, the golf legend was seen pacing along a narrow, two-lane road near his Jupiter Island, Fla., home following the incident. Instead of calling a lawyer or agent, Woods, 50, allegedly phoned Trump, 79, whom he has maintained a close relationship with over the years.
Tiger Woods could be heard revealing he was on the phone with the president in bodycam footage of his DUI arrest.

Tiger Woods is dating Donald Trump's former daughter-in-law Vanessa Trump.
The connection between the two men runs deep, particularly as Woods is dating Vanessa Trump, 48, the former daughter-in-law of the president. (Vanessa shares children Donald Trump III, 17, and Kai Trump, 18, with the POTUS' son Donald Trump Jr., 48.
In the footage, an officer is heard attempting to keep the visibly shaken athlete nearby as first responders managed the scene.
"Keep you down here with us, please," the cop said, directing Woods to remain close to authorities.
'I Was Just Talking to the President'

Tiger Woods' phone call was captured on body camera footage.
However, the 15-time major champion appeared distracted, brushing off the request while referencing his high-profile phone call.
"Thank you so much. All right. You got it. Bye," he could be heard saying into his device.
As he was motioned over by police, Woods said, "Yeah, I was just talking to the president," before muttering under his breath that he was "trying to get away from everybody."

Donald Trump 'Felt Bad' for Tiger Woods After His DUI Arrest

Donald Trump described Tiger Woods as a 'very close friend.'
Woods also told an officer at the scene, "He was very apologetic about what he did last night," seemingly in reference to Trump suggesting Woods wouldn’t be playing at the 2026 Masters.
Trump was quick to respond publicly after Woods' arrest, telling reporters, "I feel so badly He's got some difficulty. There was an accident, and that's all I know."
“A very close friend of mine, he's an amazing person, an amazing man. But some difficulty,” the Republican leader — who awarded Woods the Congressional Medal of Freedom in 2019 — added.
Tiger Woods Pleaded Not Guilty to DUI Charges

Tiger Woods appeared glassy-eyed in his mugshot after being arrested for DUI.
The interaction reportedly unfolded as authorities worked to assess the situation following the crash, which quickly drew attention due to Woods’ status as one of the most recognizable athletes in the world.
Woods was ultimately released hours after his arrest on charges of DUI and refusing to submit to a lawful test. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and requested via his attorney permission to leave the country for treatment.
