Tori Spelling’s rumored divorce may be right around the corner.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 star, 48, has been making headlines for months as her 15-year marriage to Dean McDermott, 55, appears to be crumbling. And according to an insider, per Us Weekly, those close to the actress believe divorce papers could come as soon as the start of the New Year.
“They really are trying to celebrate the holidays as a family and put aside their differences,” a source spilled to the outlet. Despite the estranged couple playing nice for the holidays, Spelling’s “friends think divorce can happen early in the new year.”
The Hollywood couple appear to be putting up a united front for the sake of their five children: Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, 9 and Beau, 4, following rumors of their "imminent" divorce. Over the weekend, Spelling and McDermott were spotted out and about together for the first time in months as they headed to a fancy dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse with their kiddos.
But their dwindling relationship may not be able to survive for much longer, as other sources have insisted their marriage has been unsalvageable for a long time.

“It’s been very chilly between them for a long time,” an insider previously told People. “They have been through the wringer before, but they’ve always gotten out of it.”
“Tori still has major trust issues. Part of their relationship was never fully repaired after he was unfaithful,” the source reportedly continued, alluding to McDermott’s 2013 cheating scandal. “They’ve been living separate lives. They will still have family meals and occasional outings, but it’s for the kids.”
Meanwhile, the Uncharted Territori author has been dropping her own hints about their potential upcoming divorce, including her confession earlier this year that she and her husband no longer sleep in the same bed. Both Spelling and McDermott have also been spotted without their wedding bands in recent months.
Adding fuel to the fire, the podcast host took to Instagram last week to post a snap of their family’s holiday card, which clearly excluded her estranged hubby. The photo — which she dubbed her “favorite holiday card yet” — was signed by “Tori & Family."
As OK! previously reported, Spelling is trying to get everything in order before she officially pulls the plug on her marriage. “Tori has met with her lawyers and is planning to file very soon,” spilled a source, who claimed she's making sure she is “financially OK” first.
