In the files unearthed on Monday, October 23, Craig alleged Thompson gave her "either partial payments or was missing child support payments altogether" after coming to an agreement in April 2019 that he would give her a monthly amount of $40,000.

Per the documents, the social media star listed payments made over the 10-month period. The Kardashians star appeared to send her $20,000 in November, paid in full in December, but suddenly sent her nothing in January.

However, February through July, Thompson submitted six payments of $14,500, and in August, he sent her $29,000, per the legal filing.

Now, Craig has requested that the court freeze the athlete's income in the amount of $80,000 per month, noting that she would like it "to stay in effect until the arrears are satisfied."

Jordan Craig has requested that the court freeze Tristan Thompson's monthly income for $80,000 per month.

"It is my belief that Tristan signed a 'veteran's minimum' contract with the Cavaliers that pays him $2.7 million per year," Craig claimed in the documents. "The $80,000 request is certainly less than half of his monthly salary."

As OK! previously reported, Thompson — who shares True, 5, and Tatum, 1, with Khloé Kardashian, as well as son Theo, 1, with Maralee Nichols — was recently called out by Craig's sister for allegedly never seeing his eldest child.

Jordan Craig's sister recently called out Tristan Thompson on social media.

"It has been so hard to refrain from speaking up, and out of respect for my sister's privacy I haven't for over seven years, but this is just too much. It's so painful to see how Tristan can find the time to do these nice things for others but can't seem to show up and be a real parent for my nephew Prince," Kai Cyre Craig alleged in an Instagram post.

"The fact that he can take other children to school and activities in the same city, yet never sees or speaks to his own son, unless it’s for a party or planned photo opportunity, is appalling and inexcusable," she continued before calling out Kim Kardashian for praising Thompson's parenting skills.

"@KimKardashian, I don’t want to believe that you are insensitive to the fact that he literally ignores his children. That’s nice if he’s been a good friend to you, but let’s consider our sisters before taking to global platforms to defend this man’s character," the concerned relative of his ex noted.

Daily Mail obtained the declaration from Craig.
