Vanna White Breaks Down In Emotional 'Wheel Of Fortune' Moment — See What Brought The Star To Tears
Vanna White has been mourning a significant loss.
During the Monday, April 25, episode of Wheel of Fortune, the television personality, 65, revealed the death of her beloved 16-year-old cat, Stella.
“She’s such a big member of our family, and she’s going to be missed so much and love her to death," White emotionally explained while being overcome with tears.
Longtime host Pat Sajak comforted the hostess telling her, “I’m so sorry about that,” while presenting an emotional tribute to Stella filled with pictures of her and White.
The actress also addressed her heartbreaking loss on Twitter that day, writing: “My sweet Stella has gone to kitty heaven. I miss her so much. Here are some special memories of the 16 years we had together."

Fans jumped to show their support to White writing back on the social media platform, “Awww, I’m so sorry Vanna. It’s hard losing a furry one. I lost mine last August. He was 18. We must remember the good times. Stella was beautiful."
Another somberly noted, “Vanna I was watching Wheel tonight when you announced your sweet fur baby Stella crossed over Rainbow Bridge I’m so sorry for your loss and I know you’re going to miss her so much my prayers are with you and your family.”

Unfortunately for the adored letter turner, this was not the only loss she has experienced recently. White announced just last week that her step father, Herbert White Jr., died earlier this month.
“It is with great sadness that I tell you my 96-year-old dad passed away peacefully this morning," she penned in a beautiful tribute to Instagram. “He lived a full and happy life and will be remembered as one of the kindest and most wonderful human beings of North Myrtle Beach. I love you so much dad. RIP #love #family #greatestdad.”
However, things may be on the up and up for White. As OK! exclusively reported, producers of the decades-long game show have been eyeing White to potentially take over for Sajack, 75, after his string of strange behavior.
“If Pat doesn’t turn things around, Vanna could be taking the wheel soon!” an insider dished, adding that “the producers need and appreciate Vanna more than ever.”
