Yolanda Hadid Claims Daughter Gigi Hadid's Beau Zayn Malik 'Struck' Her After Heated Argument, Singer Admits Family Is Divided
Family troubles!
Yolanda Hadid is shockingly claiming her daughter Gigi Hadid’s beau Zayn Malik hit her after an alleged altercation.
The incident happened at some point last week, reported TMZ, but is just now making headlines.
Malik posted a lengthy message on social media describing the ordeal. “As you all know I am a private person and I very much want to create a safe and private safe for my daughter to grow up in,” the 28-year-old singer began a statement via Twitter on Thursday, October 28.
“A place where private family matters aren’t thrown on the world stage for all to poke and pick apart,” he explained. “In an effort to protect that space for her I agreed to not contest claims arising from an argument I had with a family member of my partner’s who entered our home while my partner was away several weeks ago.”

The former 1D member continued: “This was and still should be a private matter but it seems for now there is divisiveness and despite my efforts to restore us to a peacefully family environment that will allow for me to co-parent my daughter in a manner in which she deserves, this has been ‘leaked’ to the press.”
The “Dusk Till Dawn” crooner added he is “hopeful though for healing for all involved with the harsh words shared and more importantly I remain vigilant to protect Khai and give her the privacy she needs.”
Gigi and Malik have dated on and off since 2015. The duo announced the arrival of baby Khai in September 2020. The lovebirds keep a fairly low profile and together have made the decision not to show the baby’s face on social media.
"I have friends who are public figures and that's how they've gone about it, and I see their kids really blossom in a different way," the supermodel spilled in an interview with Vogue, referring to Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
