'Zoey 101' Alum Alexa Nikolas Sues Ex-Husband Michael Milosh, Accuses Him Of Sexual Assault & Preying On Her As A Minor
Zoey 101 alum Alexa Nikolas has accused ex-husband Michael Milosh of grooming her when she was a minor.
In court documents obtained by OK!, Nikolas insisted Milosh "utilized his power" and "years of sexual grooming" towards her when she was underage. She claimed the singer-songwriter behind pop group Rhye manipulated her into trusting him and that led to her agreeing to marry him in 2012 when she was only 19.
The former teen star, now 29, reportedly detailed how their relationship came to be, explaining she first reached out to him on MySpace when she was 16 and filming Children of the Corn. In the documents, she claimed she didn't expect him to respond; however, Milosh answered immediately. He was 33 years old at the time of their first online interaction.
According to Nikolas, their messaging quickly became explicit.
They met up face-to-face for the first time right after Nikolas turned 18, she claimed. During their meet-up, she claims he sexually assaulted her, which was explained in graphic detail in the lawsuit.

The brunette beauty — who is suing for unspecified damages — said she told him to stop, but he refused to do so.
Nikolas also claimed he convinced her to allow him to record them having sex sometime in 2010 or 2011. Years later, Milosh used the audio throughout his entire Jetlag album, Nikolas said, pointing out that she could be heard saying "no" in response to him sexually assaulting her during his “Don’t Call It” tune.
Nikolas insisted her ex-husband convinced her to marry him so he could get a green card. Four years after tying the knot, the pair split in 2016. They reportedly got divorced in 2019.
In the docs, Nikolas stated the lawsuit is "about a libertine musician who prayed on the innocence of a minor fan to manipulate and coerce her into succumbing to his repeated sexual assaults of her."
