Alaskan Bush People Are Facing Possible Jail Time As They Await Judges Approval Of New Plea Deal In Theft Case

The stars of the hit TV show Alaskan Bush People are having a pretty dramatic start to the new year as they face possible jail time in the family’s theft and falsification case!
RadarOnline.com reported that Billy Brown, his wife, Ami Brown, as well as four of the couple’s seven children have been charged with several counts of theft and unsworn falsification due to them lying on applications in order to get massive government checks!
A judge rejected the plea deal presented for Billy and his son Joshua Brown back in November.

And according to RadarOnline.com, Alaska District Court records have revealed that the duo and prosecutors have to present an updated plea deal to the judge on Jan. 11.
The new deal is expected to include jail time.
The Alaska Dispatch News reported that during an earlier hearing the judge told the court that Billy and Josh should be punished with at least 30 days in a correctional facility.
