Ariana Grande decided to donate $250,000 in proceeds from her June 8 Atlanta concert to Planned Parenthood. The singer's generosity comes as strict anti-abortion legislation continues to be passed in states like George, Alabama, and Missouri.
Watch!
"Ariana Grande's generous donation comes at a critical time — in Georgia and across the country, anti-women's health politicians are trying to ban all safe, legal abortion," Dr. Leana Wen, president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, said in a statement to E! News.
She continued, "This is not what the American people want, nor is it something they'll stand for. Thanks to inspiring support like hers, Planned Parenthood can continue to fight back — in the courts, in Congress, in state houses, and in the streets — against these dangerous attacks on people's health and lives."
This isn't the first time the Ariana, 25, has raised money for a good cause.

After the tragic terrorist bombing at her Manchester concert on May 22, 2017, the "Sweetener" songstress returned to the U.K. and raised money for the victims' families with her One Love Manchester benefit concert on June 4, 2017.
Ari's selflessness extends into her personal life as well. Back in October 2018, she and six friends went on a shopping spree and she bought them all diamond rings! The gesture inspired her hit single "7 Rings."
The chart topper also gets a lot of praise from fans for being open about suffering from depression and PTSD in the wake of the Manchester bombing, ex Mac Miller's death, and her breakup from Pete Davidson.
