Brooks Ayers Wins $130,000 In Vodka Lawsuit Involving RHOC Ex Vicki Gunvalson — Inside His Major Payday!

Brooks Ayers’ spirits most definitely have been lifted now that the troubled The Real Housewives of Orange County star has been award $130,000 in attorney fees in relation to the lawsuit he was involved in over Vicki Gunvalson’s vodka line.
Robert Williamson III sued Gunvalson back in 2013 over claims that she had breached a settlement agreement that had been reached in a previous suit over claims that she failed to promote their Vikci’s Vodka line!
Willamson then followed up that suit with a second suit against Ayers, accusing him of several allegations. His claims against Ayers included breach of convenient of good faith and fair dealing, misrepresentations, fraud and omissions, unjust enrichment, civil conspiracy and promissory estoppel.
However, a Nevada judge ruled in early 2015 that Ayers “in no way breached the contract.”

And Williamson was recently ordered to pay Ayers’ lawyers $130,000 over the case.

“Defendant David Brooks Ayers moves for attorneys fees against Robert Williamson III, who sued Ayers and other defendants over a failed vodka business in 2013. Finding that there was no reasonable basis for Williamson’s claims against Ayers — which Williamson himself seems to admit by not responding to either Ayers’s motion for summary judgment or to this motion for attorneys fees — I grant Ayers’s motion,” documents in the case obtained by RadarOnline.com said.
The judgement comes amid continued backlash against Ayers for his RHOC cancer fakery scandal!
