Charlie Sheen looked quite relaxed for a man with so many scandals! The actor seemed like he didn’t have a care in the world during a vacation in Mexico despite his HIV-positive status, one ex-wife in rehab, another ex-wife suing him and his children in turmoil!
The Two and a Half Men star, 50, was seen sunbathing in Cabo San Lucas on Jan. 21 in a moment of peace and quiet by himself.
Denise Richards recently filed a lawsuit accusing Sheen of taking money from a trust in their daughters’ name, according to RadarOnline, after it was discovered he received money from the sale of a Mulholland Estates mansion that was in Sam, 11, and Lola’s, 10, trust account.
The lawsuit also included letters written by his young daughters asking him to stop doing drugs and calling him out for hurting their feelings and even threatening to kill them.

“It’s very hurtful what you said just through some texts,” Sheen’s daughter Sam wrote in 2014, according to the suit. “And you don’t even relies sic what it does to me. How it effects me. That’s the reason I didn’t go to school today. I was so upset…I don’t want you to be a drug addict. It scares me and I don’t want anything to happen to you.”

Sheen’s other ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, also checked into rehab because she has trouble dealing with the aftermath of Sheen’s HIV-positive announcement.
“Brooke had a very difficult time in the immediate aftermath of Charlie’s situation going public,” a source told RadarOnline. “Even though she and the twins don’t have HIV, it just brought back a lot of very bad memories of the time when Brooke was married to Charlie.”
