Earlier this summer Luann de Lesseps went through a legal nightmare after her children, Noel and Victoria de Lesseps, sued her for failing to create a trust in their name from her Hamptons home. Luann entered rehab for the second time shortly after the lawsuit was filed. The mother made a sweet Instagram post yesterday, September 28, to celebrate her son’s birthday.
Luann shared the location of the photo as Sag Harbor, New York which is the exact home her children sued her over.
It appears all is forgiven, despite what they went through.
Luann still lists “Mother” as the first thing in her Instagram bio, and she's a proud one at that.

She captioned the photo, “@noeldelesseps proud to be your mom! Happy Birthday my handsome kind boy!”
Her son, Noel welcomed the warm embrace from his mother in the candlelit photo.
