Abby Lee Miller won’t be charged with assault against former student Paige Hyland. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge dismissed the suit filed in October by the dancer.
The lawsuit stated that Abby threw a chair at Paige. After the judge watched the chilling scene, which was documented on the Lifetime show, it was decided that Paige wasn't in danger.

This isn’t the first time a member of the Hyland family has taken legal action against Abby. In February, Paige’s mother Kelly was arrested and charged with assault after she got into a physical fight with the dance teacher at a competition.
Kelly later sued Abby for emotional distress, but the suit was also dismissed.
