Another Duggar grandbaby is on the way! Jim Bob and Michelle’s third oldest son Joseph announced on Thursday, April 11, that he and his wife Kendra are expecting their second child. Kendra previously gave birth to son Garrett in June 2018. While this will be the 14th grandchild for the famous crew, the Duggars are still very excited about the upcoming addition. Joe and Kendra initially shared their news in an exclusive statement to Us Weekly, saying they were looking forward to “double the fun.”
They then posted the reveal on Instagram, where relatives took to the comments section to extend their well wishes!
John David Duggar and his wife Abbie wrote, “Whoop Whoop!!!” Sister-in-law Anna Duggar commented, “Congratulations!!!! Super excited for you guys!”
Joseph’s big sister Jessa Duggar, who is pregnant with her third child, added, “Congratulations, Joe and Kendra! Our first two are close in age, and I love that they have each other! They’re best friends! Y’alls will be too!”
Josiah Duggar’s wife Lauren, who recently revealed she suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage in October, wrote, “So excited for y’all!” and added a heart emoji.
Joseph’s sister Jill Duggar said she and husband Derick Dillard are already predicting the sex of the baby! She thinks it will be a boy while he thinks it will be a girl.
Joseph’s parents Jim Bob and Michelle shared the couple’s news on their social media accounts, as well. “We are so excited for Joe, Kendra and big brother Garrett!!” they said.
