Just in case we needed reminding, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is shockingly muscular. The actor and wrestler showed off his impressive physique on Instagram, and clearly he had a great leg workout!
The 43-year-old shared a peek of his life in the gym, revealing very strong thighs and his impressive arms. He wrote as a caption, “Tonight we trained ‘the beefs’ aka legs. I passed out after we took this pic from holding my breath and trying to look cool. #IronParadise #ABeefyKindaJoint.”

His fans were clearly impressed, with user @truckgirl59 even writing, “You make this old woman’s heart flutter.”
Unfortunately for the ladies though, Dwayne is taken, and has been for quite some time. He’s been dating singer/songwriter Lauren Hashian for the past ten years, and they recently welcomed a baby girl into the world!
