On Sunday, Jill posted this photo of her family on their way to church. Jill sat beside her husband Derick Dillard, while her son Israel sat in the back seat.

Followers were immediately horrified to see where Jill had placed her son’s car seat chest clip, which they claimed was at a dangerously low level.

“Chest clip goes at armpit level not stomach level. Please get educated on car seat safety when you have kids!” another fan insisted. “Chest clip at stomach level can cause serious internal injuries or even possible death in an accident.”

Jill isn’t the first Duggar parent to be accused of bad car seat procedure. Her sister Jinger Duggar was previously slammed for the way she placed her daughter Felicity in her car seat. Fans claimed the little one’s neck was dangerously bent and could cut off her airway. Jinger even deactivated comments in response to the backlash.
