Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen may be no more soon! After OK! reported that they’ve been fighting constantly and their marriage is on the rocks, another report alleges that a divorce may be imminent.
Us Weekly reported that the supermodel has consulted a divorce lawyer as a “threat” to the Patriots star, whom she married six years ago.
“Tom thinks it’s only a threat,” says the insider. “But this is definitely a rough patch. Things are very tense right now.”

However, the pair are still living together in their Boston apartment with their kids—Benjamin, 5, and Vivian, 2,—and “have made it a point to spend time together one-on-one.”
The pair was photographed for the first time in months in New York City on August 31.

OK! first reported last month that things between Gisele and Tom's marriage has become rocky after a source said they had a blowout after his birthday on August 3.
“Tom and Gisele had a massive fight, and she stormed out,” the source said, adding the pair, who wed in 2009, have been “fighting every other day for weeks.” The source continued: “Things have never been this bad."
