It's A Girl! Josh & Anna Duggar Welcome Daughter

With bad news comes good news! Days after TLC cancelled 19 Kids & Counting, Anna and Josh Duggar welcomed their fourth child!

The couple named the baby girl Meredith Grace, and she weighed in at 7 pounds, 14 ounces.

The baby will join Anna and Josh’s three other children—Mackynzie, Michael and Marcus—at their new home in Arkansas.

The family moved from Washington D.C. back to their home state in early June after Josh resigned from his position at the Family Research Council in wake of the public learning about the family’s secret molestation scandal.

Two months after the scandal came to light, TLC announced on July 16 that the show will no longer air on the network.

The Duggar family wrote they are proud of Josh despite the sexual assaults. “With God’s grace and help Josh, our daughters and our entire family overcame a terrible situation, found healing and a way forward,” his parents, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, wrote. “We are so pleased with the wonderful adults they have all become.”
