Jenelle Evans just can’t stay out of trouble. The Teen Mom 2 star is wanted for first-degree criminal domestic violence after she allegedly assaulted her ex-fiancé, Nathan Griffith, at his Myrtle Beach, South Carolina home on May 26.
In a police report obtained by RadarOnline.com, Nathan told cops at around 12:30 am that his ex showed up at his home, called him from a blocked number and threatened to damage his car.
Nathan claimed that Jenelle began “slapping, punching and trying to kick” him, as she was also “digging her nails into his back” and “clawing the back of his neck.” She even reportedly hit him in the face and tried to choke him! Nathan is currently seeking a restraining order from the TM2 star.
The report also claims that Jenelle screamed, “He won’t give me back my son!” The exes are parents to 10-month-old son Kaiser.

The police report states that the victim “could smell alcohol coming from the offender’s person and suspected the offender of being intoxicated.”
Jenelle took to Twitter to give her side of the story by retweeting her PR page. “Nathan ran over Jenelle with his truck before the incident in the police report. Jenelle is seeking charges & is ready to get the truth out,” the account tweeted. “Neighbors called the police after witnessing Nathan run Jenelle over. Her attorney is involved & this will be handled in compliance with LE. For those asking, Jenelle was at Nathan's to pick up her son. Nathan stole her phone & refused to hand over Kaiser. This is how it started.”
